Smisla Solutions is an international
non-government, non-profit and non-political organization based in Skopje

Our goals are the Improvement and upgrade of the legal system, economy, culture, health, security, infrastructure, ecology, sport, agriculture, gender equality, and other areas relevant to the societal development. With an emphasis on green sustainable development, and improvement of the multi-dimensional cooperation among the countries of the region and broader. By creating policies in the adequate areas. Conducting research activities, law proposals, trainings, projects, and events in line with the organization goals. Which will result in the formation of practical solutions for the improvement of the above mentioned areas. The organization conducts projects with construction activities, reforestation, production of trees, construction of objects and other physically real solutions for the realization of the goals.

Leadership
Konstantin Petreski
Founder and President
Konstantin Petreski is the President and one of the founders of Smisla Solutions. He was born in Skopje. Graduated at the Faculty for Security Studies in Skopje, with a Bachelor degree in Criminology. In 2013 He completed his Master degree in Public Policy at the prestigious Peking University in Beijing, China.
Konstantin Petreski is a person with various interests and a versatile background. Before founding Smisla Solutions, He has worked in several NGO's, in a private commerce company, pursued a modeling carrier and even worked as a flight attendant for Qatar airways.

Mr. Petreski is an active human rights activist, with a passion in legal development. Also a strong believer in the utilization of science and technology toward social betterment for the achievement of a sustainable civilization.
Filip Aleksoski
Founder and board member
Filip Aleksoski was born in 1987, in the city of Skopje. He graduated at the University of National and World Economy in Sofia. With a degree in Business administration. He works in the field of quality assurance software testing. Mr. Aleksoski is an economy and IT expert.
Slavche Tripunov
Founder and board member
Slavche Tripunov was born in 1986 in Kavadarci. He graduated at the Faculty for Security Studies in Skopje. Father of two and devoted husband.
Mr. Tripunov works at a managerial level in the security industry over a decade and is an expert in the field of industrial security. He is also in expert in agriculture science and development. Continuing a family tradition of grape production and cattle farming in Kavadarci.

Ludovic Ros was born in Lyon - France in 1983.
Mr. Ros is an entrepreneur based in Paris. He works in the boating industry.

Member
Magda Swider was born in Poland.
Graduated from the Faculty of Sport Science in Wroclaw
Ms. Swider is an internationally published fashion model and certified personal trainer.
Boro Gerasimovski
Member
Boro Gerasimovski was born in Skopje.
He obtained his master degree in business and management in Sofia.
Mr. Gerasimovski is a Airline Pilot, with a career in MAT airways-Skopje, Cardig Air Jakarta,
Air Serbia -Belgrade.
SOfia Shumskaya
MEMBER
Sofia Shumskaya was born in Magadan, Russia. Graduated at the Faculty of metallurgic processes in the aviation institute in Moscow. She obtained her master degree in Additive Technologies in metallurgy.
Ms. Shumskaya is a Civil Engineer in the Moscow Aviation institute. Personally she is passionate about horseback archery.
Nikola Gorgievski

Nikola Gorgievski was born in Skopje, 1985. He graduated at the Faculty for Sport Culture in Skopje.
Mr. Gorgievski is an IT specialist, with a career for over 12 years. He is also an Motorcycle enthusiast and member of a Motorcycle group.
Mambu James Kpargoi
member
Mambu James Kpargoi is a public policy and communications specialist with extensive experience from several managerial positions in the Government of Liberia.
His is the current Information Management and Reporting Officer at the United Nations Resident Coordinator’s Office. Prior to this, He has served as Public Relations Manager of the Liberia Electricity Corporation (LEC), Community Engagement Manager of the National Oil Company of Liberia (NOCAL), Chief of Staff of the Chief Executive Officer of NOCAL, Director of Communications at the International Justice Group (IJG), Communications Manager at the Liberia National Red Cross Society and Media and Information Specialist of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Liberia (TRC). Mr. Kpargoi also served as Journalist from 1993 to 2006.
Mr. Kpargoi holds a Master of Science in International Crimes, Conflict and Criminology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in The Netherlands and a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from Peking University in China.
Zaklina Novakovska-Miteva

Zaklina Novakovska-Miteva was born in Skopje. She graduated at the University of Goce Delcev in Shtip as a Laboratory Technician.
Ms. Novakovska-Miteva has many years of work experience in the medical field and is currently a lab technician in the State Clinic Mother Theresa.
Bojan Spirkovski

Bojan Spirkovski was born in Skopje. He is a professional barber for more then 25 years, and is the co-owner of one of the most boutique male hair saloons in Skopje.
Mr. Spirkovski is an environmental activist.
Kostadin Spirkovski

Kostadin Spirkovski was born in Skopje, 1989. He is a professional barber for more then 20 years. With experience in hairstyling for the movie industry.
Mr. Spirkovski is the co-owner of one of the most boutique male hair saloons in Skopje.
Alix chatin

Alix Chatin was born in Paris, France. She is a Global Project Manager at DMI, L'Oréal Paris.
She holds a dual master degree in science in Chemistry, from the Imperial Collège in London and Ecole Polytechnique in Paris. As well as a Master degree in International Business from Fudan University China, and a Master degree in Global Management from The London Business School.
Ms. Chatin is an expert in chemistry an luxury brand management.

Giunio Palchetti

Giunio Palchetti was born in Rome, Italy. He has experience in the aviation industry for over 15 years. Currently he is a pilot.
Mr. Palchetti has an interest in environment sustainability and innovation.
Arbi ejupi

Arbi Ejupi was born in Gostivar. Graduated at the Faculty for Security Studies in Skopje. He works for the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Gostivar.
Mr. Ejupi is an environmental activist.
Ines Ristovik

Ines Ristovik was born in Skopje. Studied at the Faculty for Design and Multimedia in Skopje, specialization as a film director.
Ms. Ristovik has many interests: photography, design, acting, modeling and translation. She is also a sport enthusiast, and likes to play football, tennis, basketball and occasionally skates and mountaineers.
AISha Nabacwa

Aisha Nabacwa was born in Kampala, Uganda. She graduated at the Faculty of Business Studies and International Marketing in Shanghai, China. A multilingual person, English, Chinese, Swahili, with an interest in culture exchange.
Ms. Nabacwa is an entrepreneur and philanthropist based in Uganda.

Simona Mihajlovska

Simona Mihajlovska comes from city of Shtip. She holds a Master Degree in Architecture from the University St. "Cyril and Methodius - Architectural Faculty Skopje.
Ms. Mihajlovska has working experience as an architect and 3D artist, with an emphasis on 3D modeling and design.
Gaowa Ailun

Gaowa Ailun was born in Hohhot, autonomous region of Inner Mongolia (China). She has a bachelor degree in Animal Science, Master degree in Animal Genetics, and a Ph.D. in Animal Reproduction from Inner Mongolia Agriculture University.
Ms. Ailun works as an embryologist at the Inner Mongolia Medical University Affiliated Hospital. She is an ethnic Mongolian and she is fluent in Mongolian, English and Chinese.
